New ArmorsItems list?

I keep hearing about new Shields and that there are two of them, ive found neither.
Anyone have a list of these new things and where to get them?

Aetherium Shield is one of three rewards for a sidequest.

Auri-El's shield is unlocked using one of the Paragons.

Read the Aetherium Wars book to start the quest for the shield/crown/staff. And for Auriel's shield, use the Ruby Paragon in the Vale.

Where do I use the paragons at? I have the emerald one, and I assume the Ruby one is also carried by a frost giant?

Yes, and if you know where the Sapphire Paragon is, the paragon gate is right across from there. By the waterfall.

I got one paragon but dont know what to do with it? Where in the Vale?

It's a broken gate, across from where the Sapphire-paragon toting Frost Giant is camped out, next to a waterfall. Has a little receptacle where you place the paragons.
