New armorweapons you want.

Post » Thu Nov 15, 2012 1:28 pm

This is a 5 buck DLC so from what ive seen, i dont expect us to get any new weapons in armor, but what would YOU want?

I want a sling (Hold trigger to ready it and swing it, release trigger to let it fly)
Spear (etc etc)
New plain armor (nothing crazy like daedric or glass)
New plain weapons

Or those things the Ewok's used.. Not the bows.. The thing they swing in the air and throw

hahaha yeah that's not going to happen since there are mods for that on PC or they will probably be part of another DLC in the near future

If its in GameJam it must be in future DLC's.. So im wondering how the Giant Mudcrab will fit in.. Perhaps in Hearthfire.. giants can attack your home, Rats can eat your wife, and Oversized mudcrabs can attack

You can always get a modded disk.. I never knew why they were illegal though.. Since you own the game and its singleplayer.. I have no idea how to do this but I know its possible

I want a bicycle. I want it NAO. I can't think of anything more useful and lore friendly than a bicycle.

It's very unlikely that the DLC is going to add new weapons and armors, but you never can tell. If so, I'd really, really like a morning star.

More plain looking stuff would be great, Where'd Silver Armor go? and the rest of the Silver weapons?

Maybe there will be at least new clothes, or the Robes they forgot to add into the game that they made (Red, Brown, Green Robes)

Agreed. I noticed a new type of food was added, so hopefully a nice wardrobe of clothing/armor was added.

I like armor that is realistic. Not over the top things like daedric/glass. I wanna see more archer friendly clothes which means more light armor. Cloaks would be cool..

Spears for weapons, and as for new armor, I'd like to see some more Vikingish light armor stuff. The Hold Guard armor is probably the most accurate representation of that style of dress, with stuff like scaled armor and the horned helmets being more in line with the fantasy representation of Vikings. In any event, Skyrim needs more chainmail stuff.

I would love to see all the shield types come back. You know, tower to buckler. And having long and short bows would be cool. Not that wasn't happy about crossbows. And I know this won't happen in Skyrim (rendering issues and all) but how about bringing back greaves and pauldrons for ES 6? And have left and right boots etc. so you could deck your character out all kinds of crazy, Arena style!

I'm thinking armor etc will come with the full expansions

Normal Nordic chain mail is missing. We have it but only as city guard or as Dawnguard. They've not actually acknowledged it as chain mail which is the Nord's speciality in smithing.

Ringmail is there but only worn by the executioner.

Why oh why didn't they include Nordic trollbone?

Goldbrand.

It should be there, in my inventory, when I install it. Thanks in advance. =P

Edit: and hooded brown robes. I loved the brown robes in shivering isles, so any dark brown robes will do, as long as there's a hood.

Some of those fixed dwemer crossbow things would be nice, placed up on the balcony for unwanted visitors. Houses do not really need to come with extra weapons or armour, but one of my characters would like to carve someone's heart out with a spoon. He tried the knife and fork, if we are going into house decorating in a big way a common spoon we can use as a weapon would be nice. Other than that I would not mind a few new clothing items to wear around the house. Something flashy maybe to make my character look a king of their new domain. The console players have still not been able to get all the outfits in the game.
