Hey guys. I'm having issues here. I have completed the quest before this called "Sanctuary" and killed Narfi, Ennodius Papius, and Beitild. I handed in the quest to Nazir. After that nothing happens. I've returned to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary over and over and Cicero never shows up and Astrid never gives me the quest. I've even tried typing in the command "setstage DB03 10" to receive the quest and tried to complete it from there, in hopes that Cicero shows up. It was still buggy, and it wouldn't let me hand it in. Is this happening to ANYONE else? Any suggestions? I'm at a loss here .
