Is it worth making a new character just because your bored or not sure where to go with your current main level 62? ... I've no idea at all!

Of course it is. Most people have already had a bazillion characters.

Yes it is worth it. Try doing RP, so impose self-decided limits on gear and magic, and guilds and questlines.

You could for example RP a guy that only fights with 1h weapons and destro-spells with only heavy armor, and that wants to do good deeds or bad...

Hmm I see! Thank you ! :) I'm not sure what to play i love stealthy kind of characters.... I wan't to use a bow next time I think.. although I'm not sure what would be good to use with a bow! ... I was just playing a level 63, Assassin who uses Invisibility / 1H Sword.. and Light Armor. Really fun!

Do a little wood-elf if you wish, and have a rule that he has to engage the enemy from a distance. The only back-up could be a dagger and of course healing.

Obviously so! More characters = more fun and varied experiences in the game.
For your archer, you could do something un-stereotypical, ex. a Redguard or Altmer instead of a Bosmer.

I personally wouldn't rely on archery though, because the arrows move too slow. A moving target is pretty hard to hit. Well at least on console.
