Right now my personal OPINION is that destruction is kinda broken, does to low damage at high levels.
So when i heard about the new enchant that raises your shock damage i was really happy, but i have some questions.

Are there enchant for all elements or only lightning?
What items in the game has these enchants, only dragons masks?
Are there items with the enchant that is disenchantable?

Are there any other types of items/enchants that boosts destruction?
Any new destruction spells in the dlc?

Answers would help me alot

There are 3 dragon priest masks. Each gives spell dmg and resistance to one particlar element. So far they are the only ones that have the effect and they can't be disenchanted.

There is a ring that give you two special destruction spells, a fire and ice spell that do something like 14pts damage for 15 seconds. Also the masks are for each element, fire, frost, shock and increase damage by 25%. As mentioned above, unfortunatly, they cannot be disenchanted.

Being able to enchant fortify destruction damage on items would help level the playing field alot for destruction mages.
