New Hairstyles

Does the new face changer option offer new hairstyles, especially for female characters? If it does, is there finally a hairstyle with flowing long hair?

No, the only thing it does is just re-open the character creation at Helgan, except you can't change your race or gender. To make it worse it costs 1000 SEPTIMS! :swear:

You say that like money has value. I've gotten to the point I'm throwing flawless diamonds at beggars using Telekinesis just to clear up inventory space. I haven't had to worry about money since level 9.

I never understood why they don't add new hairstyles and stuff to the character customizer when they put out dlc. It's a small thing that would be easy to throw in and add more to the game.

Bahaha! Do they get irritated at you for doing that? Or do they praise you?

If the diamonds hit them they will become hostile. Unless that only works if you are currently holding the item with telekinesis instead of using it to throw things.

Dawnguard just deforms Vampires' faces, and re textures both them and the character's eyes, if he/she is a vampire.

I myself paid the 1000, opened up the screen, realized that my 2hrs of facial creation was perfection already, then loaded my autosave from when I entered the area.

On the plus side I got an achievement for free at that point.

So it's just like the "showracemenu" PC console command? I hope they at least fixed the bug that reset skin color and tones upon entering that menu again.

nope no new hair cuts.

just the regular basic ones since launch.

doesnt matter to me tho since i always run around with the hoodie on.

The Devs did a great job with Serana imo. The voice her style her random comments when traveling is awesome. Only prob is there is no marry option in game for her :(.

When Bethesda is given the option to expand on a feature they usually don't. It's just how things work...

Personally I love the fce changer. My character is "perfect" for me in every way but the face changer adds to my RP on my "Legacy" character. It is a heavy RP playthrough that covers every fction and major questline. He starts out at helgen with a buzzcut and a young look, with each faction quest complete I edit his hair and beard to be a bit longer, after becoming a Werewolf I changed his eyes from blue to silver and after he cured his Vampirism I left him with the yellow/amber eyes as a side-effect of tge vampirism.

He started as a fresh faced young blonde, blue eyed nord and by the time he finishes the main quest which I am saving for last he will be a scarred, grey haired, bearded old man.

I've said it before, but I'm just annoyed that I can't give my Dark elf the dreadlocks. WTF?

Its a makeover not a six change operation. If you want to change everything about your character then just make a new one.

Do you often change your name when you're at the hairdressers?
