New house, same problems?

Unlike many people on this forum, I'm actually really excited about Hearthfire. I play on the Xbox so I don't have the option of a house outside any of the major cities or holds. One of my favorite things in every Elder Scrolls game is bringing all of my loot from my latest quest home and decorating my house with it.

However, as many people on here know, in one of the earlier patches (I forget which one) Bethesda for some reason decided to reverse Tamriel's gravity when holding/grabbing items. This makes it especially difficult to place items around one's house. If you're not sure what I'm talking about go grab a bottle of mead or wine and notice how when it is suspended up in the air the neck of the bottle is pointing downward while the base it up in the air. Its not impossible, but it is very difficult to place items like this, especially bottles of skooma. It did not used to be this way. The game right out of the box allows easy displaying of items, especially bottles.

Next is the issue that has plagued Skyrim's interior decorators since November 11th of last year. I'm sure we've all experienced going into our house, dropping our items and placing them only to leave and return later to see the items back where we originally dropped them (on the floor). There are work-arounds for this but we shouldn't have to.

Now, with all that being said, Hearthfire is all about building your own, custom home. So wouldn't it make sense for Bethesda to fix this very annoying issues? I'm not holding my breathe on this but this should have been fixed long ago. Especially the reversed gravity. Its tremendously frustrating trying to decorate a home with these problems and it will take away from Hearthfire if they are not addressed. At least for me.

I do agree that Bethesda should focus on fixing the bugs that come with having a house in Skyrim. I mean, if you're going to make a DLC that revolves entirely around building a home and customizing it, fixing the bugs should be another main focus. I honestly gave up on trying to decorate my home. I either get extremely annoyed with the reverse gravity and just give up, or when I actually do decorate something the way I want it, leave, and then come back, that items just flies off of where it once was and it ends up on the floor. I do hope they consider fixing these problems. :ermm:

I hope they fix that too, I used to love decorating my house, but then Bethesda put an arrow in my knee.
