I personally love "Crysis 2" despite all the issues that came included, some of which they have recently fixed. But I don't know if anybody else agrees with me when I say this, but all this troubling game issues make me think they should do some new map packs already? ? (whether we have to pay for them or not, it would be appreciated) and/or do a little download like extra dogtags or something like that as an apology for the problems with the game. OR perhaps a really sweet "Premium Crysis 2 Xbox Dashboard" theme?!

But no seriously I love the maps, and would like to see some more added, when these problems are completely fixed. Anybody agree? (kind of give the game more of a chance to make its way as one of the best online multiplayers where it should be, despite the issues.)

Precisely, they need to repair what they have before adding anything more to it. Who builds an extension on their house when the roof is broken and the water is flooding in, they have a bug infestation and the water and central heating do not work.

I'd like to see connection problem sorted first, then free maps as i wont pay for map packs because i'm not stupid and new maps don't make the game "better", a co-op mode might interest me because i like to relax with some co-op now and then.

A horde mode would be incredible and new multiplayer maps but won't buy them until they sort other things out first.

How about we wait till the sandbox is released. Then let us develop the maps? Then we can show some real innovation for console gaming.

Yea I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Crytek won't do it but I think they should fix the damn game first and then release a FREE mappack, then they can go ahead and make paid DLC if they even think people will fork out another 10 dollars (15 if you think you're Activision). Fix this pile of **** software so that it's at least playable for most people out there. It doesn't have to be a fancy pack. Just 2 or 3 good maps for free and then they can drop what ever map packs they have in mind if at all. Though I have a feeling that after this game is properly fixed they're not going to bother with any DLC.

LOL @ people who voted "yes, and free". How do you think the developers and publishers will make money off that? In the end, the video game industry is a business which should be about making money.

I would love it to be free as well, but you need to think realistically and realize that it will definitely cost money.

BTW, I voted for "not at the moment". The patch should be top priority for Crytek ATM. The DLC could come in 1-3 months, IDC. I love the game in its current state.

IDC, you can tell your mates to trade the game in. Less whiny biches in and around the game would be great! I would rather have a patch and a DLC in 3 months than an unfixed game and a DLC being released next week.

I'm saying something free would be appreciated, who gives a crap what it is, we deserve a little back for the money spent on a beta.

And of course they should fix the game before new maps, I'm just saying when they get the problems solved, they should have those lined up for when things are solved and call it "The Apollo-G (Pronounced: Apology for those who didn't follow) Map Pack" so we aren't completely screwed with more stuff from this game.
