I've just started using the Creation Kit recently, and after successfully making an Archery tree overhaul, I wanted to dig into the races and spice up / differentiate their stats. I finally finished after a few days' work crunching numbers and making sure everything is balanced, only to load up the mod and get a strange issue: Certain races (Dunmer, Bosmer, Redguard) are frozen in place in a stance just like they'd be in if loaded up in their race module (arms away from the body to the sides, feet a bit further than shoulder width apart) if they're NPCs. If I try and switch to one in showracemenu the idle animation with arms crossed gently rocking back-and-forth like normal in the other races changes to a frozen character just like the NPCs. This happens as soon as I select the race in the menu; I don't have to finish and name. If I DO finish and name, I am unable to jump or sprint and can see the model of my character in the frozen pose if I look down. If I walk up to a frozen NPC, their facials (lipsync, blinking) work fine, they're just frozen in place and cannot move.

Things I've changed:
Initial skill bonuses
Most races' powers added/removed/modified (no correlation; haven't changed Dunmer, completely changed Redguard, etc.)
HMS base values and regen rates (again, no correlation)
Height/Weight/Mass
Text data on some races
Custom Movement Types for all races (Walk, Sprint, Swim, modified the vanilla sneak and gave it to all races; again, no correlation)
Made skills start at 5 with the iAVD setting
Set Player (00000007 ; Prisoner) bonus HMS to 0 so that player and NPC share the same base HMS and so I could lower some values under 50.

This mod uses 0 scripts because object-based programming is my Achilles' heel. I've compared working and dysfunctional races' modules in the CK and can't find any notable differences. I'm sure it's some sort of rookie mistake, but I don't know any useful keywords to use to search for this kind of issue on the forums. Any help is appreciated. I'm willing to upload the mod somewhere for you guys to take a look at it or post pictures or any other information you guys need.
