Sum of the perks u get to pick from the book are amazing I haven't got all the books yet. But what perks have u chosen?

So I selected add ice form to frost breath shout, and second shouts and attacks don't hurt followers.

I didn't bother with clearing a skill cus I have lots of spare perk points.

What did u select and why?

Is the "shouts don't hurt followers/attacks" one PERM? Like it is it a Use Every So Often, or is
it added to magic affects all the time (like the 10 percent to silence one)?

i think it's a gud idea for them to add options like this especially for concole players that can't add things

I use the disintegrating Fusrodah perk-thing. It's awesome to knock back 4 guys who are coming at you 20 feet, all while disintegrating half of 'em.

It's permanent. If it wasn't, then it would be rather pointless.
And it kinda helps out Mages with AOE spells, such as Fireball or something.

I have all of the books, so I chose the fire wyvern for the fire shout, black market, no friendly fire, combat skills are more effective, and I don't remember the other ones atm.
