Ive got the problem that i cant unlock the second row of perks. in the description is written : This perk gets unlocked with lvl 6.

Im now lvl 11 and cant still unlock them!
These perks are very important for me so pls help me!
My brother has the same problem and i also looked this problem up but i couldnt find it in this forum.

It means that you need Level 6 of the module (stealth, armor, energy)
