Just incase anyone is interested...

"If you're not already, make sure you're playing with the 1.1 update (you'll see it noted in the bottom right corner of the title screen) and the latest PS3 firmware.

We continue to monitor these boards (and elsewhere) for issues you're reporting. Be as specific as possible when reporting issues -- how many hours have you been playing, how many consecutive hours have you been playing, what level are you, how many quests have you finished, etc.

Once the title update is released, we'll let everyone know.

Thanks for your help"

They are aware and I appreciate the fact that by the looks of things, they are not taking this lightly....

Thanks for this.....

However, the children will soon invade this thread with screaming and stomping - throwing themselves at the floor in a titanic fit of egoic identification.

Why are you here exactly? If you don't have any problems with your game, why stick around and insult people?

I've read that post and it doesn't state anywhere if they are working or even attempting work of fixing the "major" incident that is plaguing some of us right now, seems like nothing more than a brush off. We already knew they were monitoring these forums and we already knew they were working on a new patch there's a sticky that states that, what it doesn't state is the information we actually want.

developers always tip toe around the problem when asked, and never give a defined answer, very frustrating

I am not noticing lag but I am noticing frame rate drops that's for sure. Ok here are my stats so far.

22 hours in.

Level 11 heading to Level 12.

Over 5000 gold pieces and 310 weight limit for inventory. I got it max to 306/310 now.

I would say my save files are over 6mb.

25-40 locations discovered, not sure exactly.

The location I started to notice the frame rate drops are in RIFTEN. That is where I am noticing it the most. But I think the further you travel on the map is where you are noticing more and more frame rate drops. I don't notice any screen tearing just frame rate drops.

Bethesda I know that you are in a pickle with the PS3 version now but please fix these issues. Its been years since you been developing on PS3 and this shouldn't be a problem. As an artist and photographer I always make sure my negatives have no dust and scratches before I print them. I would expect you to do the same for your video games no matter what platform its on. This is your baby and you should always take care of it. By the way I am enjoying the game, its the best thing I played since Red Dead Redemption and Mass Effect 2. Besides the issues that came with it, its a fantastic game.

PS please fix the shadow flickering, sticks out like a sore thumb.

Yes it is...

what would people who had bought the game but had no interweb connection do? even if you have your ps3 connected to the interweb you have the option not to download the patch by pressing circle, which takes you back to the game which you can play unpatched if you want.
