Anyone have a bib .... wait might need a bucket the drool is getting excessive.
Nice!!
lol @ anyone still thinking ESO will look cartoony.
It's getting better and better from a graphical standpoint. It still lacks some impact-feeling, but I have the impressions it's also getting better.
In the FPV you can see at least some impact when hitting the mobs. Hopefully they keep working on it.
What I really like is the detail they're adding and the variation in the landscapes and dungeons.
Beautiful.
Love the way it looks so far. They have really done a good job in putting more detail in the graphics. Compare it to what it was in January, it's a lot better. Nice also nice that they are finally releasing more new footage, haven't seen any since E3.
They could add a bit more impact to when you hit mobs, but if you watch carefully they do twitch a bit when hit. I remember a few weeks ago, in an article I read they said they were working on making it feel like there was more impact when fighting. So your character would stagger a bit if hit by a power attack and the enemy would recoil in the direction they were hit. So I think they will be working on that throughout the beta.
I suppose they want to save "real" stagger effects for specific abilities, so you can't stagger someone repeatedly by whacking away with your fastest weapon available. I already see more impact for normal hits than there were in Skyrim, so I'm not worried about this at all.
And of course the game is beautiful, nothing really new here.
The issue is you can't have every attack stagger you though. If you have like 10 people hitting you, you'd never be able to do anything because you wouldn't be able to see.
So like Faulgor said above, I believe that most of the impacts we will see will come from special move/abilities.
Very impressed with the graphics as well as the general design and art style of the game, and the enemies and pretty much everything I saw. That was really good.
Certainly looking forward to creating my Orc.
What Lep said. There's some sadness mixed in, but only because I'm not playing it right now.
Haha, apology accepted.
Everyone seems to think I'm a blind fan boy of the game, when in fact there are quite a few things about this game I plain just don't like at all. I just have learned to tolerate them, and stopped complaining about them.
Wait, you accept compromise with the game developers? How dare you!
Looks amazing! I was afraid of what it would look like when I first saw real gameplay, but it looks better than I expected! I can't wait to play.
Unless they went in a totally different direction with goblins, I have no idea what those are.
