But since it seems like you can decorate the rooms however you want with the interior workbench, it will still be possible to have your very own unique house so I'm fine with the house design.

maybe get my female follower to join in. Gotta have that new house warming party be an epic one. Wonder if there will be a "clean house" option like the Windhelm one has haha.

Me too. Feels like they are just using existing stuff in new ways. I need new weapons and armour. Or old armour that got removed.

no way am i building my house near a dragon nest, vampire/necromancer cave or sabre cat turf. Go out adventuring come back and all my payed for staff are dead. Then i see my children walking up to me, "dad wanna play??" um seriously??.

That is why you use a summoner to permanently summon Dremora Lords to guard your home... OR just hire a crap load of guards.
