Does Dragonborn add any new quests or locations to Skyrim?

I believe some misc objectives. It adds the Ebony Warrior quest, and the location the Last Vigil (which is where you fight the EW) but other than that and Solstheim, I believe there's nothing. Assuming you mean the main Skyrim landmass.
