Hi guys. I recently got skyrim. I've been playing it unmodded for awhile because I overhead the kit had issues when this game first game out. But now I am ready to jump into the mods that are likely to be out and about. Trouble is being so new to skyrim modding I have no idea what mods I need to get started.

Normally I don't start threads going "what do I need.." because I'm sure the folks on the fourms get them all the time. But after doing a search and seeing posts saying both "get Nexus Mod Manager" and "Mod Manager Broke My Game" I'm a little confused. What mods should I be getting so as to be ready? Are there any esstaintal mods I should be aware of?

Is there a skyrim Mod Manager? A mod that many others require?
