both sides come with morse code and other numbers i cant dechipher...

however the morse code on the "200" side of the coin translates to:
"112281" based of the starting point of the dot on the 7 spot in the outer ring.

On the 38 side of the coin it reads:
(starting at the outer ring ten mark)
"232077"

it just really got my interest piqued... theres no way that coint is just a novelty item... lookit all them cryptic numbers and morse codes

The last one is a reference to Saturday the 23rd of October 2077 when it stared to rain atomic bombs a few hours before noon

Oh yeah, and on the coin it has a Roulette Wheel. The ball on one side dropped on the 7, on the other to 10. that is because on the the side where the ball is on the 10, it has the code 23 2077. This means Oct. 23, 2077, the ball representing the 10 for October. the other side being 7 for July. it's less of a cypher, and more of an artistic way of remembering. It's cool none the less.

I forgot to mention that it seems. That's how I got the first month number. 23rd Oct '77 is a date I firmly remember. Like it's already happened
