Basically i want to up the base damage of the nightingale bow a bit and remove the enchant.

I've previously done some small CS mods for oblivion and the fallouts, but without the cs im kinda lost. I found some info on using TESnip to make a unique weapon and set up an enchant, but after browsing through the various parameters in tesnip i can't seem to find anything that would allow me to change base damage, which is what i really wanted to do.

If anyone knows how feel free to explain in here or, even better tell me where to find some info on this or other aspects of modding without the cs online?
