Newbies.

So one thing that has me excited is all the players who will be new to the Elder Scrolls series. I suppose considering that there are many MMOs with wide-open worlds it might not be quite the mind-blowing experience that we all had with our first TES game, but the series has some of the most unique lore and themes that I've ever experienced.

I can't wait to take players by the hand and introduce them to all the rich... everything that the series has to offer, especially via roleplay.

How will you folks interact with newbies? Guide them, teach them to guide themselves? Let them fend for themselves? Exploit them in-character and make it obvious that your character is a misleading miscreant, thereby demonstrating that the world has yet another layer of complexity?

If I encounter someone that is making lore mistakes, I'll explain to them their error.

It really matters how big the mistake is........ If they're asking when all the short-beared dwarfs are coming back then I'll want to track them down and smack them
..... If they are asking about the Nine Divines, I will politely say the Tiber Septim hasnt been born yet, and therefore there is no Talos.

Personally one of my favorite things to do in MMO's is to help players that are lower level then I am, so yes I will most likely be helping newbies and I really hope the devs allow for a high level player to group with a low level player and the low level player does not loose exp from that. I am not sure how they can work that but I hope they can think of something. Some of the best friends I have made in MMO's comes from my desire to help new players to the game.

But it needs to be balanced.
Otherwise people will start selling exp for real money. Just like what happened on silkroad

Depending how Conjuration, Necromancy nd the respawn works:

Raising their dead corpses and having them watch until they can respawn. *evil laughter*

I'll appear in front of them, say in proximity voice chat "Do you know the definition of FEAR?" and strike lightning on top of their puny heads.
