I was on the Rage Wiki and read on Nick Raines. It said he is also the Silent protagonist of the game rage, the dude we play as. Is he? If so why can't he talk? He talked in the book?

In the novel "RAGE" . Lt. Nicholas Raines, USMC is the arc survivor and the character you are playing in the game. I don't know why he has no scripted dialog.
