I got the Nightinggale armor at a fairly early level, i think 15 or so. But I was wondering (since it looks so good) is there a way for me to 'upgrade' it? So I won't have to replace it without gimping myself?

Unlock arcane smithing and you can upgrade it and when you hit 91 smithing you can make it legendary nightingale armor (nothing special just the highest upgrade).

Does that also upgrade the enchants on the armor as well? I've heard that those items do scale depending on when you get them.
