Nightvsion enchantments?

In TESIV, there's a ring that enables you with night vision, in TESIII you could enchant something to allow you to see at night.

Is either of these options available in TESV? What about enchanting something that allows me to carry more items?

Using the console command "help", I found a MGEF record (magic effect) for Night Eye, its ID is 6B10C.

You can also use the console and the player.addspell command to add the Night Eye power, which can be used as much as you want. Press the Z key again to turn it off. There are two spell IDs, 6B10E and AA01D, either of them seems to work.

If you're looking for more legit ways of getting "nightvision", Vampires also get "Vampire's Sight - allows you to improve your night vision for 60 seconds" as a "power" and Kajiits also get "nightvision" as their power (which sounds like Night Eye power you discribe").

Haven't come across any Night Eye spells yet though, sadly.

I should have specified that I have the Xbox 360 version. I'll have to keep searching for it, in the mean time the torches work well (I'm playing as a High Elf).

What about a way to increase my strength? I am increasing my stamina which is helping.

What about being able to enchant an item? That's what I'm looking for if possible.

The only way you can enchant an item is to disenchant something magical that has Night Eye on it. I can't say for sure, but after checking the list of "derived enchantments", which is a list of enchants found on items in the world, I didn't see anything.
