Non Continuable Dlc For Dead Money

Post » Sun Dec 05, 2010 5:15 pm

I downloaded Dead money but i already Beated the game. So now i got to make a new character just so i can play the dlc. I lost all my items and commpanions. Stuck at level 1. How are people lIke SSoHPKC going to play the dlc unless he has a backup save. I overwrite mine so its impossible to continue. Bethesda Please make it so where when you complete the game let us just roam around instead of kicking us back to the menu.

It was known and announced before the release that the DLC WOULD NOT let you continue.

The game also makes an automatic save before the Point of No Return (When that message popped up before the final mission) You could have loaded that.

The game warns you fair and square about what you're doing. Good luck trying not to get locked by a mod......

Yeah Obsidian was pretty clear for weeks leading up to the game that a) the game would end, there'd be a point of no-return warning and the game would be over, and B) there would not be DLC allowing you to continue after the ending.
