Has anyone seen any of these yet?

So far I have only seen/hard of one, Vampire-Drain...but you have to be a vamp to get access to it. Is this the only one?

Has anyone seen/heard of drain spells from restoration?

Yes are two confirmed non-elemental destruction spells. Drain health, drain magicka.

Drain spells from restoration? Resto is healing and not vampiric healing.

But there might be physical damage spells as well, you never know.
