After palyin through the game for the 3 time (I'm loving it!) I go for the clean hand, ghost etc achievement.
However, I missed ti in the flooded district, so I replayed that level afterwards, and have now ine very level stat checked 1: ghost, and 2: didn't kill anyone. I still haven't gotten the achievement. DO I seriously have to play through the entire game again to get it?

If you messed up in an earlier mission, then you have to replay that mission and continue with all the missions after that.

Also, sleepdarting Granny in the Flooded District counts as a kill, even though it's not shown on the stat screen.

Completely go after that mission, phff, that is a pain.

What did you do with her, then? The only way to get the Ghost/Clean Hands is to use Bend Time and nick her key, getting out of her sight before she discovers you.

Well, she didn't detect me,a nd I didn't have to slow down time, cause she wasn't hostile yet. SO I just crouched, adn then she shouted at me, but she didn't detect me.
Apparently only playing the last mission doesn't work :S
