Non target

I read a lot info about combat system in game but i don't get clearly answer to question: is TESo will be non target game or not?

you have to aim manually, but once the projectile is fired, you can't dodge it. Keep in mind that combat system is still under development.

Soft-targetting means is automatically takes a target if you keep your reticule on it a certain time. Hard-lock is pressed by player and probably another press means it unlocks it. Also I dont see why cant they do dodge, its been done before.

Indeed. I also can't undestand that. How this game can be innovative if they have problems to do what was done by others long time ago.

Well, good question, if asked from me, i'd describe this as "original and modern". Innovative is definitely wrong.
