Nord names seem to follow some sort of convention where you have a first name and then either a clan name or a nickname.
First names, well, they could well be old Saxon.
Say you want a physically imposing character, anything with "bjorn" (bear) in it works. Thorbjorn, for instance.
If you have some sort of affinity towards wolves, which is hard in Skyrim, "ulf", "ulv" or "olv" would indicate "wolf". Brynjolv, for instance, but it's taken, right? So Vraedulv, maybe? Angered Wolf.
Otherwise, it seems like just adding a silent "h" and an "r" in front of almost any other name "nordifies" it. Hrafn is a decent nord(ish) name. In old Norse it would mean raven.
Clan names are easier, since they are in English. Since my Nord's backstory is as a miner, his nickname is Iron-Breaker. No clan name.
