I wanted to mount a set on a manniquin but didn't have the shield so I smithed one. The shield says only Nordic Shield. Since I don't have one that I found to compare it to, is this the same animal?

yeah the shields and weapons are only labled Nordic. so you have the right shield. I have a complete set in the celler of Lakeview.
