Nordic Swords...

LOL wut? Most of them are awesome, but why would a sword that's almost a Khopesh be NORDIC? It looks perfect for a Redguard or Khajiit, but Nord? Everyone I've talked to has agreed that it was weird and they could have done better. What do you guys think thugh?

Because this is TES not real life. Nordic people also for the most part used light armor, yet ancient nordic is heavy, and they have nord steel armor, nord carved lol, Stalhrim, etc.

This. Redguards use curved swords. Curved. Swords. I think the weapons look pretty cool too.

I don't see the resemblance with them and khopesh blades either.
