After reading all the posts in the support forum for pc users it seems this game is a huge dissapointment, apparently the game looks like crap on pc, and the textures are low ress, they said the pc textures would be better than on xbox. Another thing is that they say you need a controller to play the game, playing with a mouse is apparantly terrible. I wish i had bought it for xbox now.

Have you seen the PC screenshots? The PC screenshots look -amazing-, I dunno what you're talking about.

That's why modders like myself, go in and build high res texture packs and UI configs to share with the community.

The game looks great as it is anyways, stop trying to pull Cryengine 3 specs from a massive sandbox game like this.

Yeah, all the PC reviews that use the phrase "Best game ever," more than once sure have me disappointed, too.

Well, the good thing of buying it for PC is that you can download magic things called "Mods" that let you change (almost) everything that you dislike.

I still am waiting to see how the game plays (Just 2:30 more hours to me!)
Some people have higher standards (Ultra-Standards in recent times) than others. I myself could not see anything wrong with PC Screenshots unless I searched for the "problems".

The graphics look fine to me.

The thing I'd be more worried about, as a PC gamer, is the fact that the UI seems to have been a console port and doesn't work well with a mouse at all (by most reports). A lot of PC users are citing control problems and problems using the menus with KB+M.

Thankfully, I've got a 360 controller lying around, so I'll just be using that on PC.

I'm running the game on "very high" (not Ultra) and it looks alright... not as good as I was expecting though. Definitely not enough to deter anyone from purchasing the game, but in complete honesty I bought Uncharted 3 on Sunday and I think that looks miles better (a console game!)

Also, the only thing rough with the mouse is the menu system. It's just one of those things where you have to get used to clicking sometimes, and not clicking others. No scrolling with the mouse wheel either. The menu system ported over awfully imo.

Still well deserving of it's 95/100 ratings it's getting, and plenty to be excited about!
