So I got my destruction to 91 and wanted to go do the ritual quest from faralda so I can get the master spells. I have completed the College's quests. But there is no dialogue option to do anything for her. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated.

Im in the same boat and everyone around here talks as if you have to be 100 skill not 90. I think the guidebook was wrong on this one.

Well poop. I thought it might just be the guide being wrong but I've talked to a couple buddies that did it at destruction level 91. Really want those spells :/'
