I've looked a lot of places and not found this issue. I purchase my plot of land in Falkreath, find it, and then the issues begin.

Firstly I grab the small layout from the drafting table. Head to the carpenter's workbench and start building the separate pieces.

Nothing shows up. I get the string with the posts... and nothing. I can add a garden and animal pen (they show up) but the house won't build.

I have no mods added whatsoever. I have vanilla, Dawnguard and Hearthfire.

Somebody help? I've had friends test Falkreath as well and they have no issues.

Already done :/ I edited my original post to reflect it, thanks for reminding me!

Can you make the Foundation or the Wall Framing at the carpenter's workbench, or does these option not even shows?

Because you normally can't build the animal pen and such before you have complete the small layout.

Do you have all the stones, clay and log you need
if not, the option to build should be grayed out,
and nothing happen when clicking ...
