For the longest time I was surprised that my character could only wear one ring. Now, all of a sudden, she can wear two rings. Does anyone know what might have changed? Does it have anything to do with the character's level?

Did you download a mod for that very purpose? There's one that allows for the wearing of special left-handed rings.

Since when? What platform do you play on?

Do the two rings clip through on one hand? If so, it's probably an odd bug.
