Now that they've given us dragons...

Now the TES have given us dragons in Skyrim... what are your thoughts on future TES games? Can they successfully pull off TES VI without dragons? Or will every game from now on have to incorporate new and improved dragons?

Is there anything out there that can equal the epicness of dragons? I refuse to fight a Kraken...

I was thinking about this same thing and I feel as though it would be kind of corny if they continued to include dragons in all of their future TES games.

Yeah I had this same thought... too much dragons would definitely be a bad thing. But how can you get rid of dragons and maintain the hype/excitement? I mean... they're effing DRAGONS.

I have not completed the MQ yet, but perhaps, even if all of the dragons are extinguished by the end, there would still be sparse amounts of them scattered throughout tamriel that have yet to be swept out. So they could still include them, they would just have to exclude the dragon born, shouts, and large quantities of them.

Along the lines of PoorGent, the dragons just came back after centuries even if its played out into one more game I'm sure the dragons would mysteriously disappear again.

I think they could most definitely. I mean, these dragons are only attacking Skyrim. That's it. Who's to say they were attacking Cyrodil or Morrowind? I personally don't think they were, therefore they can go to any location that doesn't have dragons and it will work. But I still like the dragons, I want them to stay in another game.

it would make no difference to me if there were no dragons in future TES games, skyrim is only just the recent game among way too many lately to include dragons as a hype material. i play tes for the role play and open world.

Dragons feel more like a bonus, rather than a strong point of the game. Would be awesome if they kept it in, but it really wouldn't make them as epic as they should be.

I personally would like to see more of them. Maybe not "More" as in so many flying around but definately in upcoming titles maybe have some encounters with them.

Personally I'd love to find a talking one...maybe one that tells you about quests or something. Go all Dragon Heart up in here lol.

I look at the dragons as a cross between the gates of oblivion and the cliffracers of Morrowind...I dont care if they keep them or not...
