NPC's are occasionally turning invisible when I lose sight o

Very occasionally I'm seeing NPC's turning completely invisible after I lose sight of them then, after a bit of moving around/fighting, look towards them again. The invisibility is so total that I can't even highlight them in the console, though If I can find them the context "use" icon appears normally and If I interact with them with said "use" key they instantly reappear.

I've seen this most with Tamriel Travellars merchants (who are easy to find because of their following pets) but also once with a Thug Leader type... so far that's it.

I do not have any missing meshes or badly installed textures... here are 2 pictures showing the issue: http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/1576/invisiblerelian.jpg and http://img717.imageshack.us/img717/4075/visiblerelian.jpg taken seconds apart. If I save and reload while there is and invisible NPC, they reappear, but AFAIK this is not a vanilla bug.

Any ideas?

Using OSR, FastExit 2, ElysUncapper with Win7 64 all updated, e8400 @3GHz, 4GB ram, gtx460 1GB with latest drivers, and the 4 GB patch on Oblivion.exe. Mod list:

Do you have a "No NPC blood" tweak in the bashed patch?

No blood tweaks in the patch. Interesting though... usually when a NPC gets bloody they die before long. I'll keep an eye on that... otherwise blood is showing up normally on npc's and creatures.
