NPC say you should be in bed you look under the weather or you look sick are you ill.

No matter how long I sleep they still say this to me.

Can you be diseased as my weapon stats are reduced.

Visit a shrine.

NPCs tell me I smell like a wet hound... Just keep that silver away....

or use a cure disease potion

Go to your magic menu, select Active Effects (or something similar, forgot the term exactly). You'll have your disease listed there.
