1st of all why?
2nd of all have you ever played Oblivion or Morrowind that would be a pretty good sized list.
3rd I don't think people would really take the time to remember all the NPCs they met. IMO it's almost pointless.

It might be cool to have a list of NPC"s and where to find them, for when you hear about how they may be able to help you. If you don't want to search for them.

You can either learn by purchasing the prima official guide,or by getting the pc version of the game and opening the creation engine.

did you know that when a NPC dies a randomly generated NPC will move into the dead ones house after a while..... so no knowing :/
EDIT: and could take their job or their routine. also there was typos

There will be a list eventually. Be patient. Explore. Talk to some of those NPCs.

And most importantly, give people time to play their new game first, before demanding they compile huge lists for you. :wink:
