Do NPCs respawn after I kill them?
What about ore veins?
Alchemy ingredients?
Loot in chests or other storages?
A persons belongings after pickpocketing?
Ect?

yes to all it just takes several in game days, use a bed often to keep up the well rested buff and it will also recycle the world

Thanks I just heard that ore veins don't respwan so just wanted to make sure.

I find that to be hard to belive. That would mean at some point u would run out of ore and be unable to craft. I doubt bethesda would do that. Where did you hear that?

Ore veins do respawn but they take a LONG time.
