Please fix npcs behavior, they seem to be more stupid than ever!

1. Sometimes they just dont react. They keep looking at me and dont move, or attack.

2. They get stuck on ladders.

3. They dont start quest dialogues.

4. They dont follow me when i run throught a cave tunnel.
