Objects not rendering or loading ingame

Are you using a framerate limiter?

yes i have this issue too and i DO have a framerate limiter. Is tat the problem?
Its that 64hz fix stuttering mod at skyrim.nexus. It fixes stuttering and i dont really want to part with it

Try without it see what happens mate, atleast we'll know.

WIthout the stutterfix, i get all the stutters back even though its running at 40-50 FPS.
Very heavy stutters.

The missing meshes are still there. Strange. SO its not the stutterfix mod. I get the missing meshes immediately when entering the DB santuary. If i attempt to get out, i did NOT get CTD(which is strange but still). Then i saved and relogged into the game and reentered the santuary. Bam, meshes are back. So i conclude that its the patch itself that screws things up.

I tested this with absolutely no other mods except the 64hz stutter fix. I made 2 characters simply to test this using the vanilla.
1st char: DB santuary, missing meshes. Meshes back after restarting game.
2nd char: Dragonsreach. Missing meshes and they are back to normal after restarting game.

Same thing happening to me. It's related to having vsync off.

Did you actually delete the files for stutter remover? Like the d3d9.dll file? Don't worry about stutter there is anoter fix I can show you. But first...

Try verifying your game integrity for skyrim.

Also delete your ini files and let the game make new ones.

Hmm, i turned on vsync (ipresetinterval = 1), remove the d3d9.dll and related files, and i dont see as many crashes. But rarely, i still get a bit of missing meshes, i dont know why. But Freezes stopped.

Do you also get arrows not going off on time? Example: you let go of the string and the actually arrow does't appear to fly until a second or a few seconds after that.

Ok I went back in the game with vsync on and it's still doing the same thing, so my vsync suspicion was wrong. However, just out of curiosity are you using Faster Vanilla Horses mod? I'm using this and my first thought was that this was possibly being caused by the fact that the landscape wasn't loading as fast as my horse was travelling. I'll have to uninstall it and test again.

I am not using any fps tools. I have tried disabling everything it differently in my esp file. If I am double posting this sorry just don't all the text I typed yesterday.


OK, I have been having issues since 15.24 and 15.26. The game loads fine and I will play for awhile and then distant object won't load when I get closer to them. Seems to be large LOD objects I will see floating stairs missing walls the walls they are there but invisible (can't walk thru them just can't see them). Also, on rare occasions interior cells will not load walls or floors and even non static objects, I just fall into oblivion and back up and sometimes crash. It also seems when this starts happening I will sometimes get a CTD or freezes but not always. I tried doing render and enable and disable in console nothing seem to being objects back. I tried saving and reloading the save and problem is still there If I fast travel away and come right back objects appear fine. If I exit game and come right back object appear. Now I have been working on a mod it is creation kit made with all original stuff. But somehow in 15.26 and 15.24 my mod started causing random freezes and CTD in the tamiel world space and caused these objects to not appear disabling my mod and others that edit tamiels world space fixed all my problem. I had remove all the nav meshes due to the nav meshe bug which fixed the 15.24 CTD loading interiors bug. But, I am still having these other problems with my mod. I have been working on this mod for a month now and I am now to the point of, what is the point the creation kit seems to have a major game breaking bug that needs fixed. I would like to have the developers look at my mod see what is causing this issue. No one has reply to my many posts asking for help no one seems to have an answer. It has come to the point where I can't play skyrim with my own mod or any mod that edits tamiel's world space. Really, I have had to disable all mods that edit tamiel world space to get my game stable again. Really skyrim isn't very moddable right now I had less mod conflicts in Oblivion and my game crashed every hour or so. Crashes wise skyrim is great if you don't want to mod it lol but, I got the pc version to mod it.

Why is this doing this now? Is it a known bug? How do I fix?
