So to get this achieve/trophy you must have all deadric items, including the skeleton key (i assume) i have all deadric god items, and had (past tense) the skeleton key, but along the road of becoming master of theives guild, i had to return it. So i didn't get the achievement.

Though they aren't difficult quests, i have 140 hours on my current lvl 81 character, and reallllly don't want to have to restart, get a character to lvl 25ish (to survive the deadric quests that deal with dremoras) and do all of those, plus half of the thieves guild quest.

My question is this. Does anyone know of a way to regain the skeleton key after returning it to nocturnal during the thieves guild quest? Is there anyway around this aside from completely restarting, or backloading to when i was maybe lvl 40 and only 20 hours in?

Skeleton key doesn't count toward this achievement. Also, you need to have had them, not possess them concurrently.

You must complete all Daedric quests so that you obtain their artifact; the Skeleton Key doesn't count, and you needn't keep the items.

I had all achieveemnts except that cause along the way I made a mistake. To have it you need 15 deadric items. I didn't get the one for which you need to kill the priest in that mission in the tower above Dawnstar. I you spear him, as I did, you will not get the item and not get the achievement eventualy. So I started a new guy. I played a warrior Orc on Master for fun and to get that achievement. I didn't touch the MQ just concetrated on deadic quests. Now I have it all.

Also the Rueful axe DOES NOT count as it is not a major Daedric Artifact, it's more of the 'consolation' prize or 'booby' prize depending of how you look at the decision involved.
