I thought that I did not see this esp in my OWC dowloads, i am at a libary computer now so i cannot check my own files. is this from an
older download of OWC ND ? or is this file something new and thus i need to download it?

I noted that the owc "sea city" mod conflicted, in the Detector, with 'everything" it seems. especially THE LOST SPIRES. I eventually removed the lost spires
as it itself conflcts with so many mods now. I will have to cheack again today or tomorrow if i can now play the sea city mod option.

seems too i can run with Integration, the stranded light too.

be worth a place or two to have runied scenery due to conflicts, just to have all this goodness.

I wonder if the reason why these path grid errors is that the OBMM conflict detector only detects two moving objects that are in the same cell. I found yesterday that this sea world mods adds a LOT of fish let alone sea critters and this sea world is supposed to be nearly the size of the land mass!! so maybe there are no real conflcts, then.

maybe you could upload your fix to tesnexus. I would not mind having that fix, myself.

I made another small discovery, adding a small mustery too.

after putting in not only OWC, i added WAC too, then i tested a new game to see if this thing acually loads! well it did and i got 30 fps all over the jail cell.
then I COC to weye and outdoors i got 15 to 17 to 19 fps. playable.

then I unchecked these two mega-mods and began a new game and my fps in that jail cell was still 30 fps!!
Weye gave me a 24 fps.

so both mods did not hit my system as much as i feared.

BUT!
--what is giving me the 30 fps? not even quarls lowers it that much, in my other game it was about 40.
new OBSE script mods?
????

_comment = Basic FPS stuff, switches to slow-motion on low FPS; in the past this has occaisonally produced bugs like the NPCs-dropping-dead issue; the issues are believed to be fixed but if you suspect you are having related problems you can try disabling bAllowSlowMotion which is the main suspect for any problems relating to FPS management
bAllowSlowMotion = 1
MaximumFPS = 35
MinimumFPS = 08


oblivion stutter remover!

probably the OWC will have yet more stuff added to it, as time goes by. but on another forum with google translate, i read some great praises forthis mod, might even call it a Total Conversion, "the best mod ever played" they said, "better than frans, OOO, MMM...other overhauls."

Thanks R3NWW, Freestone I would upload my ESP fix but I'm almost certain that R3NNW fixed what I fixed so it would be redundant to run both at the same time. I will check and see if my issues are fixed with this latest ESP file.

This way BOSS does not have to be updated with every version.

[edit] well still I had to rename it to OWC - New Dimension.esp so that the existing patches can still recognize it ... so that is what I recommend.

Just tried out the new esp. Skills and the loading screens are now in english. Birthsigns and shop signs are still in german but no big deal there.

Yes, the Signs are German, cause Eddy has them "German" retexturated. But the Description - when you point with the cursor on them - is now in English. Birthsigns and all the rest will I alter in the next Version.
Please post everything that you found, cause this ESP has more than 10 000 Entry's and even in Tecras you can easy overlook something....

this brings up for me an Interesting question. I had not thought of what you just wrote, having not checked my folders; i went and checked my data folder just now and lo and behold there are
now TWO esps.

the "OWC - newdimension.esp"
and
the "OWC - newdimensionEV.esp"

the "EV" version was added by that new patch 121a.

I see what you meant, now. I removed the older esp and renamed the 121a ev esp to just "OWC - newdimensions.esp".

this is correct, right?

I have a small problem though:
I play this mod alongside Oblivion XP Leveling, and i recently gained my first level with my new character :celebration:
I slept in a bed, Oblivion xp menu appeared to allow me chose how i want to spend my points, and then after i close that menu, a dialog appear asking me to spend point on attributes again, which i had no choice to do. I know it comes from OWC since it was in german :P (happened before i installed your last esp).

So how should i make those 2 mods work together? I need a way to "silence" OWC leveling system, which seems to be partially scripted...

Use the Oblivion XP ini file to reduce the amount of stat points you get on levelup, and then you can be balanced with the points you get from warcry.

I just tried and this indeed doesn't work, the quest does not exist.

I tried by typing "stopquest owclevelinquest" and "stopquest owclevelingquest", plus a few other variations along the same theme, by the way.

Well, today I Faced up to Tesedit to see more about "conflicts". So I did the "Filter" and there were a lot of red lines. Mostly
path grids and I was surprised, actually, that even with WAC too, a bash patch will work with most of the conflicts and things like one lampost in better cities
does not really count, this mod is worth a few glitchy objects.

but there *was* one seemingly unforgiving conflict, one with

DUNGEONS OF IVELLION!

I dimly recall that only one worldspace mod can be used at one time and low and behold, looks like OWC adds an offworld dungeon and the filter shows both mods use the same worldspace!

so off it goes for this game.

too, Inergration, with its bgmagic and bgrace mods, also must go too, as a given, both sets alter race records.

everything has its price.

You should be fine with RBP and integration as long as you load bg's mods later - it is a conflict, but with bg loaded later it is the conflict winner.

Not all conflicts are bad - just about all mods that alter the original game are conflcits with the original game but designed to win the conflict and thus change the game.

So where RBP conflcits with this is where it will win and alter what this in turn altered from the original game.

there is another Dimly recalled statement, probably on another forum, and tesnexus has a forum too, as well as somewheres else, where if there is a mod with a conflicting race record, the English translation is stipped out and even though the other race mod plays ok, the npc text is back to its german version!!

please oh please psymon, or someone, set me straight on this as that series of mods are also supposed to be so good!

Race Balancing Project : I use it. I removed the races that are changed by OWC-ND from RBP and RBP's birthsigns. I also removed all the spells that are changed by LAME and kept only the new ones. Just a personnal choice.... everything works fine.



I asked Newbie, on the forums, just how did he remove the records. I might have a reply soon.

Well, today I Faced up to Tesedit to see more about "conflicts". So I did the "Filter" and there were a lot of red lines. Mostly
path grids and I was surprised, actually, that even with WAC too, a bash patch will work with most of the conflicts and things like one lampost in better cities
does not really count, this mod is worth a few glitchy objects.

but there *was* one seemingly unforgiving conflict, one with

DUNGEONS OF IVELLION!

I dimly recall that only one worldspace mod can be used at one time and low and behold, looks like OWC adds an offworld dungeon and the filter shows both mods use the same worldspace!

so off it goes for this game.

too, Inergration, with its bgmagic and bgrace mods, also must go too, as a given, both sets alter race records.

everything has its price.

Yes , ND uses the same Worldpsace as Ivellon => Tamriel :rofl:
I have played the DV from Ivellon and had no problems.
