I'm in dragonreach and outside in the dragon catching area, I go to the balcony and use the dragon call shout, but nothing happens. The shout sounds but Odahviing never shows up. Any suggustions? I'm on the 1.4 patch and using the high res mod.

Oh, god, another poor soul who tries Call Dragon Shout before the appropriate time. Do you have a previous save before you obtain the Shout? Load one right after you get it from Esbern, and use the Shout only at Dragonsreach, only in the high courtyard. Nowhere else. Not until the main quest ends.

I wonder why Bethesda haven't fix this. It's a game-breaking glitch, and this is the v1.4 patch already.

I was hoping the v1.4 patch would fix this but no.
I have just about given up on this game. I didn't even touch the shout till I was standing on the portch with everyone else, wating for me to call Odahviing.

I did not use it until I was in Dragonreach, after getting the shout.
