(un)Official DLC Mega Wishlist

Post » Sun Dec 11, 2011 11:40 pm

We all know DLC is on the way. What are you hoping for?

Personally, I'd like to own a ship and sail it to far away islands.

I'd also like to see Master level spells that had really unique effects like permanently turning an enemy into stone, or into a mudcrab or butterfly.

I think they should make it a tradition (like starting as a prisoner) that each game gets a Daedric Prince DLC in which you can travel to their realm of Oblivion. Would definitely give what I think as some of the most interesting characters more information and backstory. :obliviongate:

I want Hammerfell as an expansion. Now that would be great. I can see it now, killing the Thalmor with my Redguard brothers.

Oh, more flying enemies would be cool... It would be neat to fight off man-sized bat creatures or something.

I'd like to see buyable mannequins and weapon racks/mounts. I've got a lot of stuff I'd like to see out at my house but there is never enough stuff or the racks are broken. Also, how about Horse Armor? As long as there is a pack horse option I'd pay up. Of course, everything else sounds amazing and really I'd be happy with anything.

people must not have played morrowind. I thought it was ok at first after 3 hours of walking in northern VVardenfell i wanted to slit my own throat and pass out. SOOOOOO many [censored] cliff racers.

Anyways i think a full expansion in a daedric realm and 1 with a quest line add on such as finishing the War in skyrim? That would be a big quest line of course though.

They really need to do more with the daedric Princes. They're like the most interesting things in this game imo and need more

all of them :), also a potion to give you back all your perk points so you can re-customise your character - make it cost a good few beans and maybe only one of them. i've yet to complete the MQ but these too.

- a garden to grow my plants (for alchemy/cooking), and a window extension for the house so i can get on the roof and look at the awesome sky
- some sort of underground town
- (dare i suggest) a pet, a cat or dog i guess, would be cool for a wolf or some sort of smaller sabre cat

guess thats it for now

A full expansion pack is critical, don't care about the particulars so long as it is worthy of being called an Expansion pack and makes sense in the setting.

Other things I want to see, mounted combat, and a quest line exploring Giant Culture.

Sorry for my bad english, but i would be happy to share my suggestions.

All of them qbove and some minor details. as of now, i wish that:

dragon battle would so epic that sometime you will need to retreat, that it could set fire to forests and vilages, that the flaping of its wings would bring dust storm and that its dragonbreath/roar would at least do the same as our dragon shout and maybe make the perk "Tower of Strength" and active skill for warrior, like mages's ward when they are parrying, because even though the dragon can /spoil/ break a wall with his dragon breath at the beginning /spoil/ my character doesn't move an inch even when with no guard, no parry. also their tail stomp should have more patterns ,like making the character stagger more like he would be totally vulnerable to dragon's deathblow for 0.75sec if he has not gotten out of the blast radius, and a pattern without any charge a quick tail slap to push the player back.

The DLC really needs to add spears. I've got my magic helmet, but I can't properly go rabbit hunting without my spear.

I'd also like to see them expand the number of enemy types in the game. Not just in the expansion, but in the game in general.

I also want the DLCs to expand the game world. I got very annoyed with the New Vegas DLCs that were more like detached side games.

Possibly something where you go into the past and get some more info into the mysterious Dwemer race ya know quests and new stuff to explore..of course they would probably have to reinvent all of Skyrim or make an entirely different realm..Where is the Dwemer homeland? (Not much of a lore reader)

I made much the same post in another DLC post:

Discounting full expansion-type DLC (which we all want, of course) I'd like some smaller 'fluff' RP-fleshing out DLC. I want to be a wilderness adventurer in a truer sense of the idea:

* I want to be able to set up my own camp! Not just descend upon some bandits or a hapless hunter, kill 'em, and take theirs.
* I should be able to get saddle bags for my horse, thus making him more useful
* Someone else's post seemed a good idea - being able to climb steep faces would be cool, using some sort of climbing equipment perhaps
* A hardcoe mode

I would like these to be a Bethesda released DLC (or part of one) because I play on 360 and don't hope to upgrade my computer in the foreseeable future.

Not only are some new enemies a must, I'd like to see a few old ones return. Like:

Ogres
Goblins (I'd love to see Goblins and Falmer fighting each other!)
Minotaurs
Wraiths
Dreughs (land and aquatic versions)
Imps
Deadra (scamps, clannfear, daedroth, Xivilai, etc...)

I'd be willing to spend 100$+ to see Morrowind and Cyrodiil return, and perhaps even a new appearance of Hammerfell. Or perhaps they should just make a new game just called "The Elder Scrolls" and just add all of Tamriel in it. The game is phenomenally amazing, can't wait for any expansions or dlcs!
