Incredibly devastating. My condolences for those who have lost and hope no one else suffers from it.

In case anyone hasn't seen yet:

Yes. That's an entire suburb. I swear, living in the Midwest during tornado season is like living in a damn warzone.

I was talking about the one Yesterday - I live north of Oklahoma City, and we had a tornado come through the other day. This is the second straight day of severe tornadoes. The one yesterday didn't pick up in power until after it had left Edmond, although it came within a mile or two of my Apartment complex. We had some massive rotation in the clouds that day - you could see them moving really fast. I remember that it destroyed several towns after it left.

Yeah, those big wedge storms can do some incredible damage. I think Larry's cell service is out. I got a "your call cannot be completed as dialed" message. Either that or he changed his number without telling me. :(

I've been looking into this, and my dad and I drove right through (literally, right through) the area that was hit when we were hauling some of our stuff out of our soon-to-be old house.. talk about a foreshadowing :cold:

The first time we stopped for diesel for the truck my dad rented, we had stopped a little bit to the North of the area before going on the Northeast turnpike.. when my dad and I went through the area, it was just like any other day too. My dad told me this is what happened to Jarrell, and my Grandpa flew my brother over it in his plane the same day it was destroyed as well.

I remember being nervous about weather this severe before too, when I've browsed at the weather channel and it looked like my area would get a brush of it.
