I've finally got New Vegas, decided to wait after all the problems being reported and fired it up last night, I was prompted to download a 4MB update, which I did but that was it. I was under the impression that there were two patches one released a couple of months ago and one last week, so why did I only receive one update prompt? After I downloaded the update I loaded up a new game and everything went along as normal but I wasn't prompted to upload another update, andyone else have this?

Updates are generally cumulative, so that's quite likely that you would only get one video. The best way to tell is to check the version number...

From another board:

1. Launch Fallout New Vegas

2. From the Main Menu, select Settings.

3. From that menu, click on Display.

EDIT: It should be version 1.2.0.315. If not, then you don't have the latest patch. If so, enjoy.
