Old Gods

What old gods exactly do the Forsworn bow to?At first i though the Empire banished there worship of Hagravens but thats not right.Red Eagle only turned to them when they were loosing the war against the Empire,so who do they believe in ?

Also if they win the war, what do you think will happen with the Hagraven connection, will they keep it or not?

It might have something to do with the Earth-Bones or the All-Maker. I'm not that big on this part of the lore though, so I'm going to wander over to The Imperial Library and perhaps return in a while with a better answer.

I don't believe we are ever told just who these old God's are. According to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Cedran, the Forsworn commune with Daedra.

Personally, I believe that they may include some form of Lorkhan. The Briar-Heart ritual reminds me too much of Auriel and Trinimac ripping out Lorkhan's heart.

A friend of mine here on the forums, Vincent_MCcool drew up what he envisions how they view Lorkhan.

The Bible of the Deep Ones is an excerpt from "N'Gasta! N'Gasta! Kvata! Kvakis!" which in turn, is just Esperanto. http://www.imperial-library.info/content/mystery-ngasta-kvata-kvakis

If there's an answer to the question, it will be found in the http://www.gamesas.com/forum/16-elder-scrolls-lore/

Better request to have the thread moved there.

Also, as Verras said, the imperial library might have some answers.

i'v also heard, on the forums, about the foresworn sacrificing people, if that is true it does not seem like normal deadra worship (sure some princes like that stuff but the it looks like the foresworn would worship hircine if any prince and most princes like other forms of worship)

soooooo...the bible of the deep ones has absolutly nothing on the deep ones :lauch: iirc deep ones could also mean dwemer, which means i could have ruined any chance of the dwemer coming back :shakehead:
