I can't seem to get Raul to talk to me about Andy, I already got Loyal and Sterling...

Does anyone knows a mod that can fix this?

I can't find Loyal. He's not at Nellis AFB or Black Mountain or Black Rock Cave. Did the patch even fix this problem?

That's a glitch. Loyal will sometimes leave Nellis and wander around Black Mountain if you complete Volare. I think the patch fixed it since Loyal is still at Nellis after I completed Volare. Just in case, you should have talked to Loyal before completing Volare.

Bumping this topic because I too am having trouble with this quest, except it's slightly different. For me, I was able to talk to Ranger Andy (even after having learned his take-down move) and Sterling no problem and was able to find Loyal right where I left him in the Nellis Hangar and have not completed Volare...but I can't get Raul to talk after speaking to Loyal. I'd fixed the solar arrays for Loyal previously, leaving him with only two dialog options: talking about the VR machines and saying goodbye. I use both options, but get no conversation from Raul. Going outside, waiting or simply running around in circles doesn't help. Going further into Volare and opening more dialog with him also is fruitless.

I'm a 360 user with the latest patch, so the console or user-made fixes are useless, but if anyone has an in-game workaround, I'd love to hear it. Thanks.

Try to go to his house and wait four hours and exaust all conversation options with him again, and it might work, I had a similar problem this fixed it for me.

If this does'nt work, try dismissing raul and recruiting him again.

I would try and use a one of them links Skyline gave you.

Thanks for the advice, but it didn't work for me I'm afraid. Dismissed him both to his shack and the Lucky 38 with no success, waiting didn't seem to help no matter where it was done.



I'm using a 360, man. Fixes that involve changing the game data or downloading user-made patches won't work.

Oh well, guess I'll just forget this one. It's funny because I had it in my head that I wasn't gonna be able to do it, then they fixed Ranger Andy only for me to run into another problem. C'est la vie.
