Civ II and Alpha Centauri, somewhat on a regular basis.

The old Colonization as well, although I have to use the newer version for windows (FreeCol usually).

I replay Monkey Island I and II every few years as well.

For me, a game from 2003 of 2004 doesn't even come near the label 'old'... :P

One day I will finally beat Theme Hospital (1997) and I sincerely enjoy making new playthroughs on Fallout 2 (1998) every now and then.

Twisted Metal 4 still sees the occasional action on my PS2. That game was actually pretty bad, but I have such fond memories of playing split screen for hours with my best friend when we were just kids and thought it was great at the time because we didn't know any better, it's one of my favorite games of all time because of it.

I often get the urge to go back and replay some of my favorite Sega Genesis and DOS games. I probably play older games (late '80s through the end of the '90s) more than I play new games, actually.

Super Mario Brothers (1985) and Legend of Zelda on the NES. Yes, I still have a functioning NES. :)

I'm inclined to say VtM Bloodlines since I played it a couple of weeks back, though that's cheating since it was the first time I've played it. Other than that, dunno really; probably the oldest thing I look at on anything approaching a regular basis is Oblivion. There's just not that much retro stuff that's calling to me.

I should dig my old Dragon 32 out of the depths of the wardrobe and see if it still works: I don't think I've attempted to power it on since 1984. But playing anything on it relies on me managing to find its old cassette player, and I've no idea where it is (yeah, I could rig it up to my PC's sound card, but I can't be bothered!)

I played http://www.mobygames.com/game/c64/summer-games-ii from 1985 a few weeks ago, and http://www.mobygames.com/game/bards-tale-iii-thief-of-fate from 1988 last week.

For me, a game from 2003 of 2004 doesn't even come near the label 'old'...
Indeed

I replay Deus Ex (2000) every year. I also still play Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (1999) every now and then. Those are the only ones I frequently come back to. Unless Morrowind counts as old too. Has it really been over 10 years? Damn.

Morrowind and Guild Wars. I did play Arena and Daggerfall a while back. I should give the old Fallouts a try too :D

Planescape Torment on PC.
I've been tempted to try this game myself. Maybe I should get around to play it sometime, since it's supposed to be very great.

If you're willing to do a lot of reading, and like complex stories in games, you won't be disappointed. The combat system is pretty bad, don't expect much of it (but you can skip a lot of combat anyway). Definitely get some mods such as the widescreen one.

Morrowind is the oldest game I still have installed (unless you count the games like Solitaire that is bundled with Windows). Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance is the oldest game I play frequently, though.

Most likely Red Alert 2, I prefer larger scale RTS games like the Total War Games or Supreme Commander, but Red Alert 2 provides some simple fun and wacky units to play with.

If I treat Invisible War as its own game, rather than a Deus Ex game, is it decent?

Spartan: Total Warrior
I remember Spartan, it was a ton of fun, I never managed to finish it though, I got stuck on the level with Achilles' Spear in it, the tomb one.
