What about those who had already registered? My friend tried to register with his old email some while ago and it said that the email was already in use? Will they get the same tag thing and a chance for beta?

I'm in that boat to, I tried to reregister but found that I had to login with my old account. I hope I get a chance at the beta...

yeah yeah - i found out i had account created so here i am, not knowing whats happening, im patiently awaiting further information and hoping (and expecting) that those who had accounts before and come active really soon will be 'in' for beta - if anyone knows please tell us all
but i seriously doubt someone knows the answer right know - there is plenty of time to answer every question so no worries

I kind of find it disgusting that so many people signed up for hopes they'll be randomly chosen for a beta that occurs months away from now instead of wanting to be part of the community.

You can't blame them though. How do you know they aren't just asking if they'll get into the beta, but in all generality wanted to be a part of the community too. I mean, who doesn't want to play the Crysis 2 beta?
